The Experience

DAY 1: ARRIVE & RENEW
3:00pm Arrival: check in to your space, wander, have a tea/grab a snack
5:30pm Welcome Circle: A gentle welcome into the retreat — time to reconnect, revive, and ground into the space we’re creating together.
6:30pm Dinner: Breaking Bread - delicious dinner prepared by our chef Alison, vegetarian and gf options
8:00pm Evening Yin: Slow, spacious, and renewing — a practice to gently awaken from within
9:00pm Self-retreat time: have a cup of tea, cozy up and let the redwoods hold you as you drift into rest.

DAY 2: SET INTENTIONS & RESTORE
8:30am Morning Meditation on the Deck, Loop Trail Hike, & Meadow Yoga: Begin the day in noble (social) silence with a grounding outdoor practice. Slow, spacious, and restful: a nature-held invitation to renew from the inside out.
10:00am Brunch: take your tasty brunch on the deck or eat indoors!
11:30am Root to Rise- Setting Intention + Visioning Practice: Amid the quiet wisdom of the redwoods, we’ll explore 7 steps to setting soul-aligned intentions. Then, you’ll craft a visual map that mirrors your inner landscape and its unfolding path.
2:30pm Free time: Wander the redwoods, write what’s stirring, rest in a hammock, or dip your toes in the sea. Let this be time to restore your body and reconnect with yourself.
4:30pm Letting Go, Welcoming In: A ritual to symbolically release what no longer serves and to invite in intentions aligned with renewal
6:00pm Dinner: Chef Alison will prepare a delicious vegetarian meal with gf options
8:00pm Soothing Sound Bath: a calming sound bath on the deck under the stars to continue your internal softening and restoration
9:00pm Retreat to slumber: fresh from the lulling sounds of the bowls and chimes, sink into a restful sleep

DAY 3:ANCHOR IN GRATITUDE & REFOCUS ON YOUR VISION
8:30am Meditation & Yoga Flow: Move with Clarity: A Grounded Flow to Embody Your Intention. A breath-led, spacious flow to reconnect with your vision. This practice brings awareness into motion- centering clarity, gratitude, aiding you toward your next steps.
10:00am Brunch: Nourish + Integrate! Enjoy a relaxed, shared meal to integrate the work of the weekend through connection, nourishment, and reflection.
11:30am Closing Circle: Tending the Flame: Closing with Gratitude & Intention. A heartfelt space to reflect, speak your truth, and carry forward the wisdom you’ve uncovered — with the support of community and ritual.
12:30pm Departure: Safe journey
Accomodations
Our cozy retreat space offers a range of unique, nature-inspired accommodations. Whether you're looking for privacy or connection, there’s something special for everyone:
Private Room: 1 queen-sized bed in the main house- for solo stay or with friend/partner
Loft Space: 1 queen sized-bed and two twin beds (3 people max in Loft)
Vintage Airstream: Full-sized bed + optional couch sleeping space
Treehouse: Queen-sized bed with option for an additional guest on the spacious deck (twin-sized sleeping pad provided)
Meadow Tent Sites: 2 tent spots available
Shared Bathroom Facilities:
Main house bathroom with a charming clawfoot tub
Outdoor shower tucked among the redwoods
Additional shower near the vintage airstream

Meet your Host: Lisa Fischer
Lisa is an Emotional Wellness and Psychedelic Integration Coach who helps people move through life’s transformative moments with compassion and presence. She believes healing comes from within and that each person holds their own inner wisdom. Through mindfulness, self-inquiry, and a holistic mind-body-spirit approach, Lisa supports clients in reconnecting with their purpose, navigating transitions, and integrating powerful experiences. Her work is rooted in authenticity, emotional intelligence, and deep trust in human resilience.

Event space is rustic nature (e.g., cabins, lodges, shared rooms). There is an outdoor shower and two indoor showers.

We will practice yin yoga and slow flow vinyasa. We will also meditate both sitting (or lying) and walking in the woods! All yoga is geared toward all levels. Please bring a yoga mat and any props you like for example, blocks, blankets, bolster, straps. You can be creative and bring pillows, think long towel (in lieu of straps) for example. We have a limited amount to loan while in retreat.

We will be practicing yoga on an outdoor deck and in a grassy meadow under the open sky. Indoor options exist as well in inclement weather.

Yes there is cell phone reception however we ask that you don’t carry your phones with you during the retreat so you can truly immerse yourself.

The retreat is designed to help you revive your spirit, renew your energy, and refocus your intentions. Through grounding yoga, restful sound baths, time in nature, and a guided intention-building workshop, you’ll reconnect with yourself and what matters most- creating space for clarity, presence, and purposeful next steps.

Cuisine is fresh, seasonal California fare. We will offer vegetarian and gluten free options. Allergies or food sensitivities can be accommodated. We will also have coffee (both fully leaded and decaf!) and herbal teas.

There is a Full refund if you cancel by September 1, 2025. After September 1st, there will be no refund issued, however there is an option to transfer the funds to another program or coaching.
